The AHEPA 310 Housing Foundation, Inc. is part of a larger network of affiliated nonprofit housing organizations serving seniors throughout Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
Together, these organizations help support the operation of 653 independent, apartment-style housing units across 12 senior housing communities, providing safe, affordable living environments for residents throughout the region.
How Our Communities Are Structured
AHEPA 310 Housing nonprofit entities own and operate 11 apartment communities, while the 12th community is owned by AHEPA 310 of Citronelle, Inc.
All communities are professionally managed by AHEPA Affordable Management Company, Inc., an affiliate of AHEPA National Housing Corporation, doing business as AHEPA Senior Living.
