Mission and Grant Focus

Supporting our community through housing, service, and carefully directed charitable giving.

Our Mission

AHEPA 310 Housing Foundation is committed to providing safe, affordable housing for seniors in the Mobile and Baldwin County while supporting charitable initiatives that improve quality of life within the community.

Our mission is carried out through responsible stewardship, long-term planning, and the strategic distribution of resources to organizations and efforts that align with our purpose. We are focused on creating stability—not only through housing, but through meaningful support of programs that serve seniors and strengthen the community.

Our Mission in Action

AHEPA 310 Housing fulfills its mission by supporting a network of charitable organizations and initiatives that share a common focus on service, housing, and community well-being. Rather than operating programs directly, the Foundation provides financial support and resources to organizations that are actively working to meet these needs.

This includes affiliated AHEPA housing organizations, community-based nonprofits, and other qualified charitable entities whose work supports seniors, housing stability, and essential services. Each contribution is made with the goal of extending impact through trusted organizations already serving the community.

Grant Focus

The Foundation’s grant-making efforts are focused on supporting organizations and initiatives that align with its charitable purpose and demonstrate a clear benefit to the community.

Grant support may include:

Organizations affiliated with or supportive of AHEPA housing communities and their residents

Nonprofits connected to Hellenic philanthropic efforts or organizations serving community needs

Initiatives that provide assistance to seniors, particularly those with financial or housing-related needs

Community organizations in Mobile County, Baldwin County, and beyond that offer essential services and support

Relief efforts that assist individuals and communities affected by extreme weather and natural disasters

Non-profit organizations seeking support are encouraged to submit a grant application for consideration. Each request is reviewed in alignment with the Foundation’s mission and commitment to responsible, impactful giving.

AHEPA 310 Housing Foundation Accepts Grant Applications from May 15 to July 15.

No applications will be able to be completed after midnight on July 15.
